Testimonials
“My regular training sessions with Nina have had to move to an online format in the current emergency and I’m very pleased to report that it works really well. I could see and hear Nina demonstrate the exercise clearly and she was able to see that I was doing it. The session covered everything we would normally do in the same time frame. I’m really relieved this is one activity I won’t have to give up and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.”
“Like many , lockdown, without mental or physical preparation was a great unknown . I like to be busy , social and happy to give new ideas a try.
Hey presto ! An invitation to join Nina via Zoom her fitness class . With a give it a go spirit I accepted .
Four weeks on I realise Nina is my pandemic saviour and although she can have up to 50 participants she has the ability to make you feel she is your personal trainer .
Nina engages you from the moment she appears on the screen , she is welcoming , friendly , motivational and inspirational ( I have been reminded of parts of my body I had long forgotten ) .
The exercises she plans for her classes are appropriate, accessible and challenging . Her demonstrations and technique are excellent .
Of course I want ‘lockdown’to end but Nina’s classes have been an unexpected and unplanned joyous pandemic experience .
Thank you”
“Hey nina just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I am loving your sessions, my friend recommended you to me. I’m not a huge exercise fan at all but have been concerned that I haven’t been doing my usual 10,000 steps a day which is most of the regular fitness I get and I have been eating a lot more in lockdown. I’ve tried joe wicks and other bits and Bob’s but never enjoyed them. They just made me feel rubbish but I’ve done 4 of your classes now without even thinking about it, so thank you so much “
