Pre and Postnatal

Prepared specifically for the needs of ladies in their delicate state of pregnancy. Traditional forms of training are combined with special breathing techniques and pelvic floor exercises to prepare future mom for healthy delivery and help her recover well after giving birth.

Training 60+

Different ages requie different approach to training, especially if you have a health condition such as arthritis, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. This training will be designed specifically for you and your needs.

I’m a true believer in working out with the weight and resistance created by your own body and I focus on body weight training a lot, however to add variety to our sessions, I incorporate light weight equipment.

TRX WORKOUT
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, it‘s revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Whether you want to build strength, lose fat, improve endurance or flexibility.
Boxing
Boxercise is a form of exercise using boxing gloves and pads to train simple boxing routines. Boxing is both cardio and strength exercise, and you will build muscle and get stronger. It offers more than just physical strength. Boxing is an empowering workout for your mind too! Ever since fitness professionals have brought this workout to the masses, all of us out there can have our own Rocky moment.
Kettlebell Workout
Kettlebells give your entire body a workout.
You’re building muscle, increasing power endurance, and getting lean all at once. By bridging the gap between cardio and strength training, your overall physical fitness levels will skyrocket, getting you to the best shape of your life.
Resistance Bands Workout
Resistance Bands provide variety to a routine workout and allow for muscles to work concentrically and eccentrically—providing resistance during the ‘work phase’ and the ‘rest phase’. Resistance Bands are also quite simple to use, they’re safe and effective.
Fitball Workout
Using a fitball can help you build your abdominal and lower back muscles, also known as the core. These muscles protect your lumbar spine as well as help maintain the core stability of your frame. Using a fitball will allow you to strengthen and keep these stabilising muscles in better condition.
A strong core will help protect the lumbar spine and stabilise the shoulder, pelvis and spine areas. Fitball is versatile and will improve your balance, strength and flexibility.
